How To Track My Order

Step 1: Check Your Email

After your order is processed and shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

Step 2: Click the Tracking Link

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see live updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Step 3: Enter Your Tracking Number

You can also visit the carrier’s website directly and enter your tracking number manually for detailed status updates.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate and should both be counted toward your total delivery time.

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (checking, packing, dispatching to logistics)
  • USA Shipping: approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch
  • International Shipping: approximately 3–12 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)

During peak seasons (November–January) or promotional periods, both processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
